I did the elliptical today for 30 minutes and then one mile on the treadmill, I'm just trying to work out the stiffness in my legs fron the downhill run on Tuesday. While running on the treadmill my lower leg was pretty darn painful so thats not a good thing, it did feel okay on the elliptical but that's not going to do me any good training for a marathon... If the old leg doesn't get on the mend soon then I will most likely bail, I'll see how it goes tomorrow when I run and then go from there.
