Out towards Payson Park and back but I cut the rollers out, I felt a little sloppy on the way out but then on the way back I felt pretty good. I had 3.3 in MP Miles, 8:18, 8:18, 7:53, 8:12, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. Its a good start to the week.
