I ran out past Mini Gu Corner via canal road this afternoon, I felt a lot better than yesterday but I was fighting some wind out there but all in all it was a good run. My average pace was 8:26 with a total time of 51:12, my last mile was right in the teeth of the head wind so that was my slowest mile.
