I ran just enough to shake my legs out to be ready for tomorrow, I ran out past the old barn via canal road with a steady pace. My average pace was 8:17 with a total time of 25:31, spectrum 10K tomorrow with my brother Curtis and my nephew Bryan, should be fun!
