This will be a cut back week for me, no hills and the only speed work will be the race on Saturday. I will run 4 to 5 miles on the week days but keep the pace easy. My shin started off sore but after a couple of steps its seems to go away and once I got going it felt okay. My average pace was 8:31 with a total time at 44:12, I forgot my HR monitor so I have no numbers on that. After the run I finished up with some upper body strength training and then some push-ups, it was a beautiful day out and the temps were perfect. See ya tomorrow.
