Well, its about time that I got out for a run this year, I felt pretty good too for not running much if at all. I have been skiing a couple of times a week and it has been fun and also it has really helped my leg strength, so a win, win. I ran out past the T and then back to the house via canal road, my average pace was 9:03 with a total time of 36:59 I finished up with some lower body leg lifts.
