| Ran with Janet as she get ready for the Disney Marathon next month. Ran up Palisades hill to Shea to Saguarro, whew! My calves are going to be feeling it later, it's been a while since we've done this route. Quite a bit of construction but we made it through safely with a 8:48 pace!
