Today we did the 2 vertical laps as a warm up. We took it way easy becuase it is the first day back from Footlocker. So the distance did step ups, wall sits, Dynamic stretching, weird things on the weight bench, leg lifts, planks, and maybe something else that I can not remember. Oh yeah, we did weighted turning lunges, and weighted running up the stairs. Since at Simplot I am going to get a 4:45 in the mile I am pushing EVERYDAY!!!!!!!! Then we did stretching at the end of the workout. |
