FIRST DAY OF SUMMER!!! Ran down to SHP and wore another pair of shoes because my knee hurt yesterday. I did a 2 mile warm up or 2.5, I don't remember. Then we went onto the track and did 8x150 meter strides. Then we ran a 9 minute tempo run. I ran about 2200 meters, it was just under 2200 meters. Then I ran two laps with Larry and finished my cooldown on my own.
