Ran down to SHP and did a 2.5 mile warm up. Did a half mile with Larry then we did 8x100 meter strides. Then we went onto the back paved trail in the park and ran 2x2 minutes and we saw how far we could get in 2 minutes, then we ran back up to the start and did it again. I ran .43 of a mile so about 700 meters each time. Then I cooled down until 5 miles. DONE WITH FINALS!!!
