Had my dad drive me to SHP and I did a mile warm up there this morning, then I met up with Larry and did a speed workout. The workout was 200 to get the feel for the pace then 4x400 then a closing 200. My times went 38, 77, 78, 80, 78, 33. My pace was supposed to be 75-80 so I was in my window. This was a really good workout for me, I really liked it and I feel that I accomplished what I needed to. We had 1 minute recovery. Then I saw the HHS track team so I ran with Kai for a cooldown until I hit 5 miles. It was about a mile and a quarter around the HHS track. Great catching up with him.
