Mile and a half warm up down to SHP and stretched. Got a mile of J's in then I had to run to the potty. Came back and did 6 laps of run a hard 200 then recover on a 200 so it was basically 6x200's with 200 recovery with out stopping. I ran the first 5 at 40 pace then the last one at 37. Keeping my pace at 80's for a while until after finals because I need energy to stay up ALL NIGHT to study! Then I ran an 800 with Larry for a cooldown and he hit 3:42 then I finished out the mile.
