Today since it was the last day of the quarter I went to Bills workout. It was start at the commons, warm up jog along 1300 East, to South temple, up U street, to the big cemetery then enter the cemetery at Center street or something like that. Wait there for the rest of the team to get there then stride up the hill to 11th avenue then continue striding along 11th avenue to the shriners drinking fountain then regroup at the fountain and cooldown going back on the shriners run. I warmed up with Sarah S, Annie and Andy. Then When I got to the hill I strided up the hill with Bill then I stayed with Dakota along 11th avenue. Then I did the cooldown with Sam, Andy and Annie. Overall it was a good run because along 11th avenue it really allowed you to open up your stride. When I got home I did my 3 sets of weighted arm swings.
