Today I met up at Highland track. I jogged down to the track, forgot to turn on my garmin when I got there so I did actually 1.5 mile warm up but it only shoes 1 mile. Then I did 6 strides, 4 just regular strides then 2 accelerating strides. We went over to the hill and did 6 hills. We started at the first one like 150 yards away from the hill then ran up the hill and over and kicked it to the finish, we did 2 of those. Then we did 100 meters away from the hill then up and over and kick to the finish, we did 2 of those. Then we did 2 right at the bottom of the hill. My times went 37, 37, 37, 37, 28, 28. Then I did a mile cooldown instead of a 1.5 mile cooldown because there was a creeper driving next to me at my running pace and since it was getting dark I didn't want to take the risk of getting kidnapped, or worse.........
