AM: This morning we had a morning workout, since Bill arrived late we had to do a less warm up:) So we did a half mile warm up, then 3 laps of speed changes. So the workout was a timed mile, then 6 400s. We line up for the mile and we go. I start out really really slow and on each lap I got way faster because I am trying to run so I don't die at the end, be able to keep getting faster. So I started out with Sam. We ran our first lap in like 100 seconds..... WOW really slow!!! So then I speed up and he tries to come with me. He sticks with me for about another lap then Sam falls off. My 800 time was 3:15 which was not fast enough. So I stayed that same pace for the next lap then on the last lap I just keep getting faster. My overall time was 6:27 so that means I did do a negative split which I was proud of but I still should have started out faster to get a faster time. Then on the 400 I ran with Bill and Natalie. My times were roughly, 80, 75, 80, 79, 75,71. Then we did a half mile cooldown. Here is my Garmin Link:

PM: This afternoon was a recovery run so we ran down to the gully, did 2 laps then ran back. But before this we took our team pictures which went great!!! When we got back we did 2 300s then came home and stretched a ton and took an ice bath. Here is my Garmin:
