AM: This morning for workout we started at the track and ran up to Foothill, over to the U down to 1300 East and back up to the track. Easy workout because of the Murray race. We had to do .75 of a mile at the track to make it an even 4. This actually was 3.1 not 3 because I was running in the outer lanes for most of it. When I came home I did my hamstring weights, holding my knee up for a minute thingy and squats.
