AM: Today we had a morning workout, the varsity was supposed to run down to Sugarhouse Park and do an outside lap. When I got to the park I had to wait at the light and so Abigail, Caden, Sam, Dakota, Jesse, and Annie caught up to me. So my shins were really hurting where it hurt last time on the bone right under my knee so I decided to try the lap but then I just didn't want to seriously do anything so me, Caden and Sam all did a small lap in the park then ran back up to the track. Caden and I broke away from Sam so we got back to the track before anybody else so we did a half mile at the track to finish off at 5 for this morning. Here is my Blog for this morning:

PM: Since I was supposed to leave by 4 because I have a Spanish 3 test, AP Biology, and AP US History test tomorrow I wanted to get done early. So Dominique and I did a mile before Bill got there then we did another 400 and by this time it was like 3:15 and Bill didn't get there till 3:35. I new I had to get done so I ran up to the zoo at a fast pace then we all realized we didn't know what hill we were supposed to do at the Zoo trail. So we had to wait for Bill to drive up there, so he broke us into the groups he had us in yesterday and we did a hill just under .2 of a mile. We did that 4 times. Then we ran the 2.1 miles back to the track. Going back I knew I had to be done so the Varsity people started in front of me so I had some ground to catch up on. I caught up to Abigail and Nate, then I caught up to Voung. I knew Chris was in reach so I caught up to him and Chris stuck with me. We caught up to Taylor and Natalie was only like 10 meters ahead of him. If there would have been like another fourth of a mile Chris and I could of caught Dylan because he was like 20 meters ahead of us. We were hauling it down Sunnyside coming back. Then we ate Cake from Bill....... Then off to study for my tests!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is my Garmin Connect for going up to the Zoo: (You can see Dominique and I doing our mile on the page just look up Dominique and I mile)
