In the late morning I went out 2 miles barefoot:) at a nice easy 7:30 pace. Then I came home and did my hamstring weights, squats, holding my knee up for a minute and then weighted arm swings. Then I went for a half mile cooldown at a 7:30 pace also. I'll go for another 2 miles tonight. I was definately sore from yesterday.. In the afternoon I decided to go and get the rest of my run done. So I went from my house, over one block, down one block. I stayed on that street until Monte Vista Circle. I took 1800 East up passed 1900 East until I was at one mile. Then I turned around and came back the same way. This run was a bit harder for me. My legs started out really tired, they warmed up after about a half mile, then with a half mile to go they became really heavy. It was not a nice run for me even though I went a slower pace than this morning. When I got back to my house I did my core.
