Felt really good today! Ran down to SHP for a mile and a half warm up, did 8 strides then 4x300. It was supposed to be 6x300 unless our times slipped. I was to hit 55 for each. I hit 56, 56. 55, the we took a lap recovery, then I did 60 and Larry finished and was about to pass out so we did 6 barefoot strides on the grass. I like this workout!
