Today at track practice we Suzette and I got out of TAing for matheson early so we got the work out for Tony. So we did a mile warm up then stretching then 8 strides. then we did 4 200s of jogging a 200 after a 200 on. So it was like speed changes but with 200s. Then I did a mile cool down while Suzette only did a half mile. The 200s were only supposed to be at about 75 percent so it wasnt a hard workout at all. I didnt do my core today because I got home to late. |
