Today at track practice we were supposed to have the JV regions meet but Bountiful cancelled it for no apparant reason. So as a team we did the usual two laps as a warm up then stretching. Then I went with Bills group on a 2 mile loop up to foothill over to the VA hospital then back to gaurdsman and back to the track. Then we did 2 300s while jogging the 100 then i did a half mile cool down. then I went home and did my weights, core, wall sits, crunches, push ups, and weighted arm swings. |
