Today was a even easier workout because tomorrow and the day after tomorrow is Track Regions 2011!!!! So we did the usual 2 track laps as a team then stretching and drills. Then my group did another half mile of warm up then we did 4 100 strides on the far end of the track while arguing with Tomy. It was fun because I won:) Then we did a timed 400 and mine was OK fast but I wished it to be faster. My 400 time today was 64 seconds. Oh well. Then I came home and did my core, and weights. |
