Today since tomorrow is a race, we had a very easy work out. So I started with the usual 2 laps warm up as a team. Then we did the group stretching. Then we broke up into our groups. So I did then 6 strides. First 2 was all out, second 2 was arms down, the last 2 was accelerating. Then tony had me pace Tomy on his 600 by going out way fast and sticking with him and pushing him on the first lap of his 600. I did so and my time was 62 seconds which is a new 400 meter PR for me. Then I did a mile and a half cool down. |
