Ran down to SHP and got 1.75 miles warm up. I AM SORE!!!! P90X did legs and back and my back and butt is crazy sore! I stretched a ton then did some strides to loosen up.... I looked ridiculous! Then we did a timed lap around the park and I hit 9:30, then I did a little cooldown and now it is time to take my aunts back to the airport:(
