I did one mile in the morning because of the level of soreness in my legs. Then I went and studied for physics for 20 minutes because of the unknown upcoming test that is bound to be coming any day now. And in physics today, today is the big day that im giving my presentation!! AHH wish me luck. At track practice today was quite the easy workout. I started with a mile warm up then did a half mile of "Js" then did the speed thing for today because tomorrow is a race. I did a 400 at a 71 pace. Then I did a mile and a fourth for a cool down. |
