Today was just a easy run to finnish my miles for the week. I went to sugarhouse and did 4.5 miles because thats where I wanted to be by tomorrow. Todays run was a very weird one. My legs didnt hurt I dont think, they were just really heavy and had pressure on them. Which is weird because I rested yesterday and didnt run because I had to go to physics after school and then go to peer court so I couldnt work out at all. Overall today was a horrible running day. Today I went to sugarhouse park and saw almost my whole team. When I came home I ate pizza then did my leg weights, crunches, push ups, and after I did those I did 5 strides just to loosen up my legs (or at least try to). |
