A great last few days down in  a little placed called Zion with the Brohiems.. no not the one from the Matrix although that would be cool. First time I've ever been down there.. I know crazy! It was awesome! Hit Angels Landing some hiking, Yankee Doodle Slot (Outside of Zions), Key Hole Slot, and Shelf Canyon.. Lot's o' raps and some seriously cold water! First of many trips down there hopefully...

Nice run around Eden this AM. Headed out to Pineview and around the Island loop. Need to get back into some kinda groove.. been floundering since Squaw. Maybe it's just time for a H2O Ski.. Avg 8:07

Hit the BoSho r-scape loop this AM with Stromberg! Good times. Pushed the pace perfect weather perfect trail... Legs were weaving in and out of feeling heavy and slow to light and quick...Peace all ya all.
