The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.
Sweet AM run with Rob. Talked him into coming up the Valley for a modified Middle Fork loop. Started at church parking lot - paved trail a bit icy, but temps perfect out. Good January for me. Trying to get back in the groove...
