When I was in 6th grade I filled out a Getting to Know You sheet. Under nicknames I wrote, "My brothers call me Boo Legs, I think its because I run fast." (It really came from the movie, Strange Brew) And its been my family nickname ever since.
2 mile warm up. 0.25 hill repeats x7. Hard up, jog down. 2.5 mile cool down. Repeats were 1:38, 1:36, 1:40, 1:38, 1:40, 1:39, 1:36. And I was ready to be done.
Well that was pretty rough. I think life and marathon training has caught up to me. For some reason I think I can be a single/working mom during the week (my husband is working and going to school at night.) and not have it affect my training. Needless to say, my body is physically and mentally tired.
