| Pretty sure I missed a turn and added a quarter mile. 2nd place female. I averaged 6:39 min/miles. I wanted to get in under 21 but somehow managed to tack on 1/4 of a mile. Not really a 5K time I was hoping for. But I'm considering it a success due to windy conditions and my extra mileage. I WOULD have gotten in under 21 in a perfect world. :) | Add Comment |

| Wasnt planning on doing the long run this morning but found out about something on Saturday that would have made it hard to get 17 miles in. This felt hard today. Here's hoping that the little people will let me sit down and take it easy today. Its only 9 am and I'm ready for a nap. |
