Mile repeats with 1/2 mile recovery in between each repeat. 2 mile warm up, mile repeats were 7:10, 7:03, 7:02, 6:53. 2 mile cool down. This was hard today. For some reason it took a while to get my legs going, hence the first mile being the slowest and hardest by far. It seemed that the wind was against me every directionI turned. |
