| Easy miles. My legs aren't sore at all after my half but the arch of my right foot is a bit angry. Not as bad as I thought it would be though.... I stepped it out with my sister after the easy treadmill run. Bless her heart for listening to every detail of the race on Saturday. Sisters are the best.
