A few miles warm up. Then half mile repeats with 3 minutes recovery jog between each one. Unfortunately this had to be done on the treadmill and I forgot my headphones! Talk about mental training! Here are the repeats: 3:20, 3:19, 3:18, 3:18, 3:17, 3:16. It was doable but I was certainly ready to be done at the end. A few miles cool down.
