Tempo run. 2 mile warm up. 5 tempo miles 7:25, 7:21, 7:22, 7:08, 7:14 (AP 7:19). 1 mile cool down. The goal was to be at or under 7:21 min/mile. I wasn't certain I could do this but happy to see that I pulled it off. It was challenging but doable. Tempo miles were out and back between 114th and 94th along 1300 east.
