3 mile warm up. 4x1 repeats with 1/2 mile recovery jog between each set, 2.5 mile cool down. The goal was to be at or under 7:00. Repeats were 7:05, 6:57, 6:47 (wind was at my back), 6:43 (wind at my back). It felt good. I felt like I could have done one more. I'm excited to see changes. Last time I did this workout I was about 5-10 seconds slower on each repeat. I realize the wind helped me a bit this time but its fun to see progress! And why does the first one always suck? Its always my worst mile.
