7 treadmill miles. It was a necessary evil. I didn't wake up to my alarm this morning. Had to utilize the gym daycare. I switched it up by running 3 minutes at a slow pace (6.5 mph), 2 minutes at a moderate pace (7.5), and 1 minute at a faster pace (8.5). Then moved to 2 minutes at each speed and then 3 minutes at a fast pace, 2 at a moderate, and 1 at a slow. It broke up the monotony of treadmill running.
