7 miles outside! Woohoo for outside running. Not sure on speed. Slow. I'm trying not to worry too much about pace since I've gotten pregnant. It seems as though the moment I found out, it became so hard to run at my normal easy pace. Easy pace has now become hard. I know that's normal but still...not fun to watch yourself get slower and slower so quickly. I need to remember to appreciate my body and what it is capable of. (running AND supporting/growing a baby) My goal is to run for as long as I can during this pregnancy. With my first child, I tore my ACL in a soccer game the week I found out I was pregnant. That meant no running, no surgery until after the baby. It made for a loooooong nine months. |
