When I was in 6th grade I filled out a Getting to Know You sheet. Under nicknames I wrote, "My brothers call me Boo Legs, I think its because I run fast." (It really came from the movie, Strange Brew) And its been my family nickname ever since.
1.5 mile warm up 4x1 mile repeats with 1/2 mile recovery jog on between. 1.5 mile cool down. My goal was to stay around 7:10 min/mi and do each repeat faster than the last. Splits were 7:12, 7:10, 7:08, 7:07. Average pace for the run was 8:26.

Thanks Rachelle. Yep, I have the green superfeet orthotics. I love them. I don't wear them all the time but they really helped with my neuroma.
