Seven miles in the gully with my girls cross country team. Two of my girls, who are new to the team, were able to run with me the whole way. I have a 9th grader who could possibly win the 5A state championship and a Senior who left the soccer team to run for the first time who won't be far behind. Should be a fun year.

Went to the gym after and lifted.

Dude! We wanna hear about the blistering interrogation and cavity search you were subjected to in order to travel home without ID.

Way less eventful than that. I'd say it took me an extra two minutes to get through screening. My St. John's student ID did the trick.

i like hearing about people leaving the soccer team for cross country. i did that my senior year as well and realized i had been missing out on a great sport (soccer is great too, but just doesn't compare to CC). sounds like you have a fun season ahead!

Wow Rob, that sounds very promising for this upcoming year, and the next couple. What do you feel like your team can accomplish this year as far as realistic goals?
