AM: 6 miles - mostly around the high school track in Grosse Isle Michigan. Quite chilly, wanted gloves.
My Aunt Kay died and I'm here for that. Mom has been here for a while during her extended illness and I decided she needed one of her kids here.
AM: 2 miles around the track. 120 push-ups/sit-ups
PM: Flight to Michigan
PM: Tired legs - just 2 miles around the block.
PM: Grandeur Peak run. Dark at the end.
PM: 5.75 miles on the eliptical, 1 mile rowing in 6:55, weights.
AM: More fun on Grandeur Peak. Had a nice conversation with a man at the top who was pushing me the whole way up the mountain making me go harder than I wanted. I hate being passed.
