Ran with Damon and Jaren in Seaside FL.  It was 80 degrees and humid and I was drenched.  It killed Jaren!  We did a 2 x mile and 2 x 800 workout.  damon and I ran normal, but did help push him on the 800s.  8 miles at 7:35 ave.  The half miles were around 2:42 for me.
