I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Easy run to practice and with the boys.  Left calf started hurting just like last year before St. George.  7:27 ave

The calf was fine and it was chilly when we started north on the JRPWY.  It was fine for the first mile fartlek, but started to tighten in the next mile.  I finished the 2nd mile, but did not dare do anything else.  My claf cranked up pretty good.  I had been running with Jaren.  We ran into Greg and his team on the way back and he rode with us a couple miles back and visited.  6:10 and a 6:09 mile.  7:07 ave. Calf is swollen.
