Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Same run as Tuesday morning. I finished with a 5:46 mile. I am so sore form Frisbee! I was able to get moving after a while though and felt good. 27:47 for the run
I did a big Herriman loop out on Rosecrest, to the Cove, to DD Ranch, Main, and back 13400 S. and 4800 W. I was sore and tired form the week but had a good run overall. The last mile hammered me though with that uphill. 1:12:26 for the 10 mile run.
