Late morning run. It has been raining for 24 hours and I am on the verge of being sick. Woke up with a headache and stuffy. Went out on Leila and Prospero and then hit Mirabella and Butterfield. I came home via Crown Rose and Mount Ogden. 7:08 ave and the last two miles under 7:00 wit`h the last at 6:14. Not bad progression for feeling sucky!
