Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran out to the Cove Pond and back and did miles 5, 6, and 7 as tempo (6:05, 6:12, 5:43). It had been raining all night, but I just got a few sprinkles mostly. Felt decent and was happy to hold 6:00 pace for the 3 miles. Last big run before Boston.
