Got home from Track and ran just before dark in a blizzard.  7:35 ave and 6:20 last mile (downhill).  Not the most fun run, but glad to get it done.

Went running this afternoon with no achilles prep, which I probably needed.  It was a blizzard at first, then warmed up a bit, then got freezing cold.  I ran out to the Cove and headed up the hill to where the kids were.  I ran into them half way up and they were heading down.  The first part of the run I felt tired and the claves and achilles were sore.  But on the way back, with a lot of downhill, I went 6:45, 6:36, 6:28, and 6:33 last 4 miles, which gave me a 7:24.  that is actually my best average back.  8:19, 8:05, 8:03, and 8:23 were the run up.  Mostly ran solo on  this one.   Glad to get it done.

The legs were tired, and I didn't feel great, but I decided to run with the kids long.  Ended adding on more and more until I hit 10 miles.  Modified texas loop.  7:26 ave
