I am finally about over my nasty cold, and the weather was nice even with the wind, so I ran again with the kids.  I lifted upper body first and then ran with Chuk and Connor (and Macy for a bit).  We did a loop down by the new rec. center.  7:34 ave.  

I got a new foam roller today that hurts like crazy called a rumble roller.  I haven't had anything since my house got destroyed, so I am hoping that will help me out.

Easy 2.5 miles into a nasty wind, but on a warm day.  I am sore from weight lifting and my rumble roller!

Ran with Chuck and Connor around the neighborhoods close to the HS.  We lifted upper body first and I am tired and sore.  Easy 7:40 pace.

Rumble rolled and stretched afterward.  I am bruised from last time.  That thing better help for as painful as it is!
