We got another 3 inches of snow on top of the 7 or 8 we had.  Spent about an hour and a half shoveling, on top of the 2 hours yesterday, but I will take it, we need the snow so bad!  Wore my hiking shoes (SpeedCross) today for traction.  Same run as Saturday. The roads were bad and the sidwalks worse, some of the spots on the trail were almost a foot deep, so it was tough and slow going.  First run of the year.  The achilles was better this morning than in has been, but I didn't prep and ultrasound, so it didn't feel great on the run and started to get tight right after.  9:11 ave

Leg and back day and then practice at the HS.  Ran hen I got home and right before dark.  Roads are really bad and and still a lot of snow and ice.  Tired and schilles was a bout the same as it's been so it was slow going, but I was glad I did it.   8:23 ave

Ran 4 miles with Jaren late morning.  I worked on the achilles pretty good last night, and spent some some this morning warming it up.  It was probably the best it has been in 6 months.  I am anout 198 pounds righ now though, so lots of work to do by end of March.
