We ran in the playground this morning.  We went up the very south canyon and up the big hill on the single track for a while and back.  I ran with Tanner, Jesse, Chuk , and Calvin today.  We averaged 8:43 per mile.  Fun and tough little run!  We had a bunch of new kids out today again.

Hi James,

How have you been? It has been too long. I hope everything is going well. Any chance of seeing you at the Des 10K next month?

Not as a racer! Maybe as a spectator. I am still figuring out this psoas thing and would really like to get back into things, but I think it will be next year.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope that things get figured out sooner than later.
