Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Warmed a mile so I could run the Ward and Neiborhood 5k. Warm up was 8:51. Ran the 5k in 6:57 ave, and beat Elayna at the end. Cooled down a mile after and then hhelped cook breakfast at the church. Beautiful morning! Achilles was bad today, but nothing like Saturday and yesterday.
